Welcome To Our Juice Programme

To get the most out of your Juice Programme, we have included a set of simple pre-programme instructions below. It’s important that you try and implement as many of these as possible to better your resultsplease remember, this isn’t a quick fix and you will get out of it what you put into it!

Pre-Programme

  • If you are looking for a good cleanse...

    Make sure before you start the programme, you have cut out all caffeine, alcohol, wheat, gluten, dairy and refined sugars for at least 2-3 days prior to starting your juices.

  • Drink plenty of water

    Water helps massively whilst you are on the programme. It helps flush additional toxins from the body, improves focus and aids digestion. We recommend making sure you get at least 2-3 litres of water a day! This is also a fantastic habit for you to maintain after you have finished the programme.

  • If you are worried about missing caffeine

    Stock up on herbal and green teas! A few of our favourites are

    • Chamomile, great for aiding with sleep

    • Peppermint, perfect for digestive help

    • Ginger Tea, helps fight inflammation and stimulates the immune system

  • Change your sleep schedule

    Try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night. This will have a big impact on how your feel during the programme. Getting a good nights sleep has proven to reduce cravings, improve your immune system and aid in weight-loss. Again, this is another brilliant practice for you to keep once the programme has ended!!

  • Get your steps in

    If you don’t already, start introducing some light exercise into your life! If you can spare the time, 10,000 steps should be your aim each day. Whilst this may sound like a lot, you will be surprised how many you do just pottering around the house or in the office.
