
PRE - PROGRAMME ADVISORY
To get the most out of your juice programme we have included a set of simple pre-programme instructions below. For the best results, it’s important to implement as many of these as possible and remember, this isn’t a quick fix, you will get out of it what you put in!

If you are looking for a good cleanse...
Before you begin the programme try to cut out all caffeine, alcohol, wheat, gluten, dairy & refined sugars for at least 2-3 days prior to starting your juices.

Drink plenty of water
Water helps massively whilst you are on the programme as it helps to flush toxins from the body, improves focus and aids digestion, so we recommend that you drink at least 2-3 litres of water a day. This is also a fantastic habitto maintain after you have finished the programme.

If you are worried about missing caffeine
Stock up on herbal & green teas! A few of our favourites are
- Chamomile, great for aiding with sleep
- Peppermint, perfect for digestive help
- Ginger, helps fight inflammation and stimulates the immune system

Change your sleep schedule
Try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night. This will have a big impact on how you feel during the programme as a good nights sleep has been proven to reduce cravings, improve the immune system and aid with weight-loss. Again, this is another brilliant practice for you to keep up once the programme has ended.

Get your steps in
If you don’t already, start introducing some light exercise into your life. If you can spare the time then 10,000 steps should be your aim every day and whilst this may sound like a lot, you will be surprised at how many you can do just pottering around the house or the office!
